Jewellery & Art Warranty

Jewellery Warranty

A 60 day limited warranty on manufacturing defects in the unlikely case of faults. All of the jewellery is of the highest standard and quality checked before it is sent to you.

You will need proof of purchase from our online store.

This warranty covers you from the date of purchase.

If your item is faulty, I will offer you a repair, replacement or refund of our choice depending on the fault.

Shell colour and or natural markings will not be refunded under warranty.

The outcome of a warranty is at the discretion of Shingle and Shell.

This warranty does not cover damage or loss, kinks or change in colour (tarnish), as a result of normal wear and tear nor will it cover mishandling or neglect from its wearer, this includes any breakage of chains due to bends, or snags caused by wear. Nor will it cover breakages of shells due to misuse or incorrect storage.

The warranty is void if external attempts of repair are made.

If you have a broken piece out of the 60 day warranty or the damage is not considered a fault we will do our best to supply an affordable and fair solution to repair your jewellery.

Please read the cleaning and care instructions to help the longevity of your Shingle and Shell jewellery. Oxidisation is not considered a manufacture fault as it happens to silver. A polish is all that is required.
