COVID-19 UPDATE
At this time, online operations are not affected by the current COVID-19 situation.
Shipping is weekly on Mondays or within 5 working days of your purchase.
New Zealand is experiencing domestic courier delays.
International orders are currently experiencing significant delays and I cannot guarantee a delivery date on your items.
NEW ZEALAND
Shipping of Shingle and Shell Jewellery products within New Zealand is $10.00 flat rate, with free shipping for orders of $99 or over.
I use NZ Post Courier service and your order should arrive in 1-3 days. Currently up to 5-7 with covid delays.
Your order is trackable and you will be sent a tracking link once your order has been fulfilled.
Large art pieces require personalised courier charges. Please inquire with your location for quotes.
AUSTRALIA
For jewellery to Australia, shipping is $18 NZD flat rate via standard Economy Semi Tracked Mail Courier Service. Semi tracked economy deliver estimates 3-10 business days however significant delays have been advised. I cannot guarantee delivery dates on this service. There is purchaser liability* for non signature services.
Tracked Courier is $35 NZD and fully insured. This option delivers in 3-6 business days. With Covid delays you can anticipate a few days in delay.
I offer free Tracked Courier Service (value of $35) for orders over $250 NZD.
Signed fully tracked express is $63 NZD. This service offers delivery in 1-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL (Rest of the World) SHIPPING
Semi tracked economy is available for $35 NZD but subject to purchaser liability*. If the package is not signed for, the liability over the item transfers to you. Shingle & Shell will not responsible or liable for the security, damage or theft of the item if international tracked economy is chosen. It is your responsibility to collect, pick up the item or arrange for it to be sent to you again at your own cost.
Tracked courier international is $60 NZD and fully tracked and insured.
A fully tracked Signed courier service is offered at a reduced rate of $30 for purchases over $200. This service is insured and covered by Shingle & Shell.
Typically it should take around 5-10 business days for your package to arrive but delays have seen parcels take 15-20 working days.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes or duties on arrival in your country.
Shingle & Shell is not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
• the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
• the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
• the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
• the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
• the item was authorised to be sent without tracking or without insurance*.
* Customer liability applies when the customer chooses a service that is not courier tracked and insured for a reduced shipping cost such as Standard Economy semi tracked. Semi tracked shipping shows items delivered to the address supplied and Shingle and Shell is not responsible thereafter. Semi traced delivery also experiences shipping delays and I cannot guarantee delivery timeframes. If you require insurance and a set delivery, please select tracked shipping option. If the item is lost in the post and does not show delivered I will do my best to compensate the purchase.
Art Orders
It is possible to offer international quotes for art pieces. Art is packaged by Pack and Send New Zealand and are insured. Please enquire with address for international courier quotes on art pieces before purchase.
GENERAL INFORMATION
I aim to ship weekly on Mondays of placing your order, excluding public holidays. At most your order will be shipped within 5 working days of your purchase.
