COVID-19 UPDATE

At this time, online operations are not affected by the current COVID-19 situation.

Shipping is weekly on Mondays.

There are may be domestic shipping delays.

International orders are currently experiencing significant delays and I cannot guarantee a delivery date on your items. 

 

New Zealand

Shipping of Shingle and Shell Jewellery products within New Zealand is $10.00 flat rate, with free shipping for orders of $99 or over.

I use NZ Post Courier service and your order should arrive in 1-3 days.

Your order is fully trackable and you will be sent a tracking link once your order has been fulfilled.

Large art pieces require personalised courier charges.  Please inquire with your location for quotes. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For jewellery an international shipping is $35 flat rate via Standard Semi-Tracked Mail Courier Service. I offer free standard shipping (Semi tracked) for orders over $250 NZD.

Typically it should take around 5-10 business days for your package to arrive. 

Large art pieces require personalised courier charges.  Please inquire with your location for quotes related to art works.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes or duties on arrival in your country.

Occasionally due to unforeseen delays with postal services it can take longer and we ask for you to wait at least 20 days since your shipment notification to contact me if you have not yet received your order.
